Meet The Team
Meet our CEO, Tori Otamas.
With 4 degrees from Arizona State University, 12 years of consulting, as well as 6 years of mentoring and coaching under her belt, she is dedicated to you becoming your most successful, authentic, and courageous self. Working with various industries and people made up of content creators, med spas, musicians, neuroscientists, college students, real estate, C-Suite Executives, Small Businesses, and more, she can cover most bases and help you not only achieve your professional goals but also personal goals. She holds many cohorts and mentorships throughout the year on personal development, goal setting, and vision casting- and as an executive coach and consultant in addition to her Personal and Relational Development degree.

She is a passionate entrepreneur owning four businesses with her fiancé, John, and has three precious furbabies- Lestat, Lavender, and Leeroy. She is currently residing in Lewes, Delaware and works with majority of her clients virtually.
Meet her right hand, Morgan Murdza
Morgan is also a passionate entrepreneur being not only a business wizard but also a Licensed Aesthetician. She is based out of Gilbert, Arizona- born and raised. She is Reap What You Sow's Executive Marketing Assistant. She elevates all that she touches and adds her own class and elegance.
Morgan has deep focus on mental health, not only being a massive advocate but helping all those on the RWYS roster get through their day-to-day. She is deeply committed to her success and wellness, on top of her own. She has a heart of gold that shines through her powerhouse work ethic. She also assists with one of Tori's other business ventures, Sainte Femme, as her passion for the beauty community never stops!
She has one sister, Megan, and her furbaby daughter, Abby the Husky.
Meet her sidekick, Angela White
She is Reap What You Sow's Business and Account Development specialist. She excels in bringing new clients on board and managing relationships with existing ones, showcasing her expertise in both client acquisition and retention.
She resides in Nampa, Idaho and has an AA in Political Science from Riverside Community College. She has a beautiful home with her husband, Tyler, five-year old son, Orion, and her two furbabies, Thanos and Thumper.
Angela is a vision-caster and goal-seeker. She has gone from a stay at home mom to a successful, entrepreneurial, business woman almost overnight. She had high standards and decided to take her dreams by the horns and make a name for herself in the business world!
